been off my plan. Each day I try to do better but each day I fail. BUT I haven't been here or doing other things I KNOW I need to do, NEED TO DO FOR ME! So lets get back into it JMA :-) Today is a new day and so far so good :-)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
