No change?! That after I stayed below 1500 kcal last week! My scale is getting no Christmas gift this year.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried measuring your centimeters to track if you lost anything?

Unfortunately, no. 😁 I think I measured centimeters just twice in several months. I do know I lost a lot of those, will have to buy a whole new wardrobe, clothes literally falling off me. 🤣 I decided to keep weight-loss very simple when I started, so I'm only trying to keep my calorie intake below 1500 a day, and do some exercise daily. And it works well, so I'm not really concerned that the scale stagnated the past week.
