I'm still cheating when it comes to the scale. 😝 It says 83, maybe even 82 kgs (it's an analog scale, without the ability to say 'GTFO me!'), but for trust reasons I added a bit to that, hence the 85.

Today must be a personal record when it comes to eating. For the whole day I only had 2 and a half dry Weetbixes and 2 small yogurts. Plus the usual 7 coffees, 4 teas, all but 2 with half a teaspoon of sugar each, and medium fat milk which I indicated on here as full cream. Anyway, according to FS I consumed just 472 calories for the day.

Also, for the first time ever, I went jogging this morning while listening to music with headphones via my phone. What a difference that made!!! (<<<--- don't overlook the three exclamation marks.) Plus, I was wearing homemade wrist weights, which I'm going to make law for every jogger once I'm president.

I was so pumped up thanks to that energetic music, that I may have overdone the jogging. 16 hours later my whole body is aching. That while I can do 21 kms walking without feeling any pain later the day.

It's a given that I am going to send an email sooner or later to FatSecret, thanking them for this app. And with me being a very critical reviewer, such emails never happened before. It truly is the best app out of 13 weight-loss apps I tested some months ago.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can't get past that you drank 7 coffees and 4 teas😂😂😂 But on the real note, eating a too little calories is super bad for you! It's cool if you do it once in a while but it shouldn't be a habit.

Today: 11 coffees, 3 teas, all with half a sugar. It's bad! I know! 😳 But I'm really addicted to Frisco. Mix it with sugar and milk first before adding boiling water, and nothing beats that taste.
