I'm cheating! 🤣 The scale actually says 83, but just in case that thing is sucking up to me, I'm overcharging the meter. 😁 I'm impressed with how steadily, gradually, yet without much effort I lost 15 kgs in such a short period. For all practical purposes I'm not on a diet, I just made some lifestyle changes. But I still have to make some major changes, like quitting to smoke, and doing exercise every day instead of just every third day on average. Also, getting in bed at the same time every day. Definitely not getting enough sleep.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
