This is more like it. Electrolytes and hydration back to normal after having a bad couple of days. I was drinking plenty of water but couldn't get rid of a nagging headache. Tomato juice is my new friend.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
