I added light exercise to my “off” days. And adding whole grain bread to my diet was just a side effect of my new bread machine but seems to have helped a lot. I guess it’s the fiber that surpasses what I usually consume, but I crave less food and alcohol and can eat less than usual without struggle.
133.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
