it is true that you can lose weight slowly and then gain it back fast. I did not report last week because of large gain. Back to the plan.
273.6 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.3 lb a week

The good news is that if it's just a few days off the wagon, you can recover quickly too (though never as quickly). Most immediate weight gain is water weight, esp if your gains are carbs and salt.

I call those rapid gains "soft weight" because it won't be as hard to drop it as your other weight was. Just don't let it cause you to continue down the path of regain! Back to sane eating, right?
