Staying the same again this week...shooting for a loss next week!

Hubby and I are going out tonight for a date. It's been a long time since we went out without the kids! It's a nice new restaurant overlooking the lake which is supposed to be really good and fairly reasonable. I'm looking forward to a nice dinner out!

By the way, at my dr appt the other week, my blood pressure was 112/64. It was not high before, but that is even lower and feels good to know it's so healthy!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent blood pressure! I'm sure your doctor was impressed, too :-)) Maintenance can be just as difficult, or even more so, than losing so I applaud your efforts in keeping it steady. Enjoy your date with hubby. I could use one of those this weekend, too!

Oh, and in answer to your queries about my POINTS/Golden Rules switch, I have waffled back and forth several times. But your inquiries made me realize I was using the POINTS as an excuse to overeat so I switched back to conscious eating and have quickly lost most of the gain I was accumulating. Thanks so much!
