still no exercise in recovery ... will evaluate tomorrow .... mommy is 15 weeks and looking great ) ... really focused on not going over 2000 calories a day ... BF 37 water 44 ... got to work on hydration ...
258.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
