9 Sep 2021 - Struggling with Exercise due to Hip Issues - on waiting list for Anterior Hip Surgery(1 1/2 yrs) Transferred pain to knee & leg affects my sleep, so I end up with no Energy and/or motivation. Just feel listless after bad night sleep. We use to walk daily but can't walk far now or have extreme pain.
DIET: \As T2 diabetic I eat 3 meals a day max of 45 carbs/meal, 1200-1550 calories - rarely have any snacks. - Have manage to reach Maintenance range (127-130)- keep fluctuating. -Can't seem to lose any more inches off waist (started 38" - now 34")
EXERCISE: - Struggling with doing more exercises - Goal to do Minimum Daily - AM- Do pre-op Hip Exercise - really helps transferred leg - so far CONSISTENT - Later- Warm ups, stretches, Neck, Shoulder, Alternate Resistance/Core + Cardio - STRUGGLING
