Ran yesterday morning .... stopped after a mile ... gonna have to let my leg/ knees heal up ... will take sat/sun (23-24) off from running and do some push ups, abs and maybe bike on monday
263.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
