My brother called me to tell me he bought the censored version of an Eminem album. I imagine half of it to be static white noise (look at me being punny).
Now for something not so random... I'm thinking of punishing you all. That's right. DROP AND GIVE ME TWENTY! No!!! Not dollars, twinkletoes! I wanna see some pushups!
I'm thinking of creating a "Hell Week" challenge. My cousin had to go back to doing PT (she's in the Air Force) and it got me thinking that we're working out in a similar way. No gym, no fancy pants machines, just you and seven days of PAIN! Okay, maybe not pain, but hard work.
Maybe I'll have different levels for different fitness groups. Nothing's solid yet... just ideas.
