Slightly dehydrated from a long hike yesterday but I also think I'm underestimating my TDEE. Going to try 2000-2100 calories this week and see how that goes.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
