Still have 12 more days before I weigh in after 100 days & not measuring my food intake …. Any guesses of my weight? 😎😎
165.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How is your shoulder? Did you finally participate at the murph?

I guess that is still not the time for monkey bars...

Tassos, I completed the Murph, but did TRX Rows. Too much of a Challenge w/pull-ups that early in the repair. Shoulder is at about 60% & avoiding heavy “push” exercises. Thx for asking 😎😎

Not indulging to a short recovery although working hard the rest of your body, gradually loading for such a long time, is a sign of very strong discipline! You are definitely born for what you are doing.
