I think I can officially call this goal weight achieved. I still have 2 dresses that need another inch or two to fit. I'll be increasing my calories to around 1800-2000 per day and keeping my exercise goals to focus more on body recomp.
I'll still slowly lose weight with those numbers but likely not more than .5lb a week. I dont want to go below 145.
