COVID is getting worse here and our gym released all their distancing and mask restrictions so we've been forgoing the weights. Trying to get motivated is a lot harder without a destination and a space.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
