Feeling powerless..physical and in spirit. My friend died holding my hand last year on this day. She was 92 years young. A very good neighbor, a funny, gentle lady. She was a stand in grandma for my sons and always had an ear to listen. I didn't really eat poorly yesterday just a lot. Always medicate with food hard to face life without my drug of choice. Also the day of my sons death 1month away,NEVER gets any easier. How did food get tied up in all this? Hopeless.
