😣😣😭😭😖😖 last week eat too much (average 2000kcal )😡😡😡
167.3 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Personally, I recommend "reducing carbohydrates a little, increasing vegetables with high fiber, and eating fermented foods." I personally think that the calorie intake itself is not a problem.
