It may actually be 89, but I'm now taking the biggest number the old analog scale shows. Makes me think of the pilot saying the plane is overloaded, and that everyone should not sit with their full weight. 😁
198.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
