wings, wine, onion rings and THE BLACK CROWS on Saturday night! it was worth it, aside from eating what was left over , this morning! back to the grind!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
