I guess all things considered, I don't hate this weigh-in. It was a rough couple of weeks but I hope I can motivate myself to get back on track. I've had such a tough time the last couple of years with my weight and it's taking a toll emotionally on me. I had felt really good about my progress recently but I just can let life's speedbumps detour me - or let them be an excuse. Blah! OK - I guess that's enough for one pity party ...
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

You can get back on track, drink lots of water in between meals and whenever you feel hungry. Good luck! We're all in this together and we can do it!
