Well I've just looked at my weight and I now need to lose 5.5 lbs not just 0.7 lbs. I'm going very wrong and I know it's my over sweet tooth. HELP!!!!. MEL.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
