2 lbs up on way too much rice at normal dinner time. Next day only .4 up from a big double burger with white bun and fried okra eaten 2 hours earlier than usual after lots of walking around Wolly World and Sams. So for me, time of day and activity made a difference. Also thinking I need to go take our rice container and bury it in the back yard because last night Hubby was making a grocery delivery and he mentioned getting another skirt steak because he liked the way the beef 'n broc turned out. Bury the rice container in back yard and blame it on Gremlins when decides to make that scrumptious dish again.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
