I didnt feel dehydrated yesterday but I must have been. Actually happy about this little jump because there was no reason I should have lost 2 lbs in 11 days and this weight feels more accurate than the previous one.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
