Exciting. You have a great opportunity now to replace unhealthy carbs with healthy carbs and lots protein which is helpful in weight reduction. Good luck with portion control! You're doing very well so far. Keep it up!

It s not easy .I have make a test with bread and I take some weight with only 1 bread od 2 pounds eating 1 slice a day. I have cut again wheat bread and I am lousing weight again. Wheat for me is the worst aliment I can eat but it s like a drug because I do my bread and it s delicious all
kind .Just said go continue 1 pound at the time do the work.
