A lot can happen in a month. I found out that the gestation period of a Muskrat is 30 days so that can happen. But I've also been going to the gym every day for 31 days in a row now. While the scale isn't dropping as dramatically as I had hoped, it is moving in the right direction. I am one pound away from being 2 sacks of potatoes lighter than I was at the start of this year and I definitely notice things like my belt getting bigger and it getting easier to bend over and tie my shoes.

Today is also day 3 of my Genghis Grill Health Kwest challenge and I must say that the food is so far so good. This will be a challenge on portion control for me because its a "take what you want and put it in the bowl" kind of place and I'll need to be aware of my selections as well as how much 5-6oz is of meat. But I'm feeling good so far.

That is just a quick update, I'll try to check back in sooner rather than later.

395.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 195.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exciting. You have a great opportunity now to replace unhealthy carbs with healthy carbs and lots protein which is helpful in weight reduction. Good luck with portion control! You're doing very well so far. Keep it up!

It s not easy .I have make a test with bread and I take some weight with only 1 bread od 2 pounds eating 1 slice a day. I have cut again wheat bread and I am lousing weight again. Wheat for me is the worst aliment I can eat but it s like a drug because I do my bread and it s delicious all kind .Just said go continue 1 pound at the time do the work.
