gained a little back. exercise.. how do you motivate yourself
275.4 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

On days I don't feel like exercising I think of how much better I will feel when I'm done - which is always the case! I'm always glad I did! Good Luck! You can do this!

I am a huge Jillian Michaels fan. I bought her Bodyshred program, which is 8 weeks. In that program, she says in order to finish this program, you have to know your "Why". I thought when I started it, that my Why was because I wanted to look and feel better, and to better my health. As I got halfway through the program, I realized that my Why was ACTUALLY "So I can say I did it". Strange, I know, but sometimes, just reevaluating your Why will help you shred your goals!
