Kalau dulu pas dapat tamu bulanan bisa nya mager, eh sekarang setelah mencoba hidup sehat dan jaga pola makan plus banyak gerak, gak ada lagi ada alesan..Kemari hari ke 2 haid malah mencapai record tertinggi jalan kaki 11.4 km wow banget sih buat saya..😊😊😊. terus bergerak..semangaat 💪💪💪
