So, I gained a pound from yesterday and Fat Secret told me this: "You are gaining weight at a rapid rate of 7.0 lbs/week." Yikes! I just gained one pound! Ease up, kid! :)

Thats why I only post when I lose. I don't need the mental stress of wrighting down a gain.
