Results are in. I can work with this. Doing a full detox week while in quarantine. For eating all the cakes and drinking all the cocktails with no exercising I was expecting far worse ! Let’s do this 2kg here I come 💪🏽
142.0 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
