I am simply in awe with people who have the determination to lose over 100 lbs. That is no easy feat.

Hi Jim, I agree! the most I have lost at once is 90. But I have re-gained and lost the last 10-20 several times so it’s more than 100 total! 😉😂 working on the last twenty again, more than halfway there!
