Well..down it good. I feel better when it's 5 lbs but how do you eat an elephant?...one bite at a time. Crap..now I'm getting hungry. I wonder what elephant tastes like? Just kidding!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
