Post vacation weigh in. Stayed the same which was my goal. Back to calorie deficit and gym tomorrow after taking today to relax from the long drive.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
