2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 28 January 2014

It's way too early to celebrate but being down 1 lb now is probably just a minor fluxuation in weight but down is better than up and I'm predicting 1 lb per week so the following weeks will tell. Got the Tredmill running yesterday and tried letting my energetic hound run on it for a few minutes and he was good with it.

Can't walk the pups outside right now. The temperature is headed for -15 degrees and the pups freeze up really fast. Our small pup can't walk after a minute outside and her legs stop working..it's really weird. Our hound hops on three legs but he lasts longer.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
