I have (vaccinated) family coming over for a cookout. It will be a high sodium day! I'm still struggling to not reach for the salt. I think I'll fill an empty shaker with my favorite spice blend this week and see if it helps.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
