Divided By Zero's Journal, 27 April 2009

Bleh. I was sick most of last week. Despite that, I decided to go on a six mile run on Saturday morning.

That was not a good idea.

Anyways, I've had two weird weeks in a row where my exercise was basically nonexistent. Well, intentional exercise anyway. Painting rooms and installing ovens tends to burn calories.

And yesterday my roommate asked me to make him a diet program/outline. Look at me being a fancy-pants example. lol

199.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear you were sick. That sucks! You are very knowledgeable and successful on your own weight loss, it's no wonder your roomie went to you for help! Lol. Maybe he'll start using that gym membership he pays for?

lol He finally started using the membership a few weeks ago. He actually went from one extreme to the other. From 0 workouts to every single day... even though I told him that was a bad idea and would lead to burnout (it did).
