I’m approaching a major milestone. I’ve been here a couple of times in my weight loss journey. Each time I’ve come here I’ve told myself I can keep going. Then, adversity and I slide back to old ways and old habits. I can feel that something is a bit different this time. Just feels different. I know my chemistry is different. I need to think less about the milestone as a goal and more of a well, milestone. There is more I’m looking to accomplish. For myself, my wife, my kids. I need to be healthy, able to be more active. I’m getting there.
403.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
