Something happened between yesterday and today 🤷🏽‍♀️ didn’t log it but I was up 700 so this is a very pleasant surprise 😂
140.0 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
