My blood pressure was extremely high last week. Now I have a referral for a doctor plus I'm on asprin regimen and a low cholesterol/ sodium diet. Bye bye morning eggs :(
249.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
