Weighing in has been dissapointing this month but I just try and think back to March where is was much the same and I was plateaued for a lot of that month. Measurements down a bit from what they were.

Waist 31.75, Hips 42.75, thigh 24.75, arms 14
168.3 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
