I woke up this morning determined and no longer feeling sorry for myself. My first goal is to get under 200 lbs.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

A very attainable goal if youre able to take it one day at a time. Small weekly losses add up quick :-) Best of luck to you!!
