I can definitely feel that this is the week break between my 12 week program and my intense boxing hiit classes stating again, my weight has plateaued a little but excited to get things moving again Tuesday, doing so low impact 20 mins work outs everyday until then gotta keep moving 💪🏽
140.4 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
