I am happy with this because I am not counting calories at the moment, only making sure to stick to low carb foods. I found myself getting too obsessed with counting every calorie.
212.1 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
