I had to post the pound up this morning. I am confident I will get it back down this week and post a loss. I feel fat this morning, all in the belly. I really must stop this losing in the week and gaining on the weekend routines. It can't be healthy to be doing to my body either.

I printed up a 13 week sprint triathlon training schedule, but have 11 weeks till the one I compete in this summer. So, I will be starting back on a formal plan this week. It's pretty vigorus and is a 5 day/ week schedule with swimming, biking and running. I also noticed it's time to get some more running shoes. My pains in my feet and shins are starting to come back again, so I guess it's time to get a new pair. They still look so nice though it seems a shame, but I have logged a lot of miles on them. They say if you're an active person, you should get new shoes every 6 months. I believe it's true b/c I start to feel it in my arches close to the 6-month mark. Great job on doing a triathlon...I've always wanted to do one, but a little intimidated.

Yep, get the new shoes if you think it will help your feet/shin pains. Especially since you're training for the event, you want to be as comfortable as possible while focusing on your endurance.
