I didn’t work out yesterday I went shopping instead which is my favourite kind of cardio. My wallet lost a couple hundred pounds but I alas did not 😂😅
142.0 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
