I managed to lose a a pound but admit to falling off track a few times! I know I shouldn't make excuses but the hormones were raging and the chocolate was calling my name! Thankfully, I maintained my weight and still lost 1 pound so that's saying a lot. Back on track...
208.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
