Arghh..what was easy is now difficult.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

What do you mean? Need any ideas to get you cheered up and positive? You can do it...commit...and don't give up! The rewards are SO worth it all!

Thanks for the encouragement. Today was a bad day though, and I had the worst irritability and shakes. So I fed my face. Back to day 0 again.

I've done the same thing forever! I almost did it tonight...and I didn't even have a bad day :/ I am on day '1' today...again! Try to take a quick walk and see if you can get your mind off of the food. Are you doing low-carb? I can help you with ideas if you'd like. Just let me know.

Hi Shannon! Bad days happen, its really not back to the beginning at all. In my personal experience I try not to look at this as a diet but just a better lifestyle. You have to pick a plan that is sustainable, and doesnt give you that all or nothing/pass or fail mindset. I dont know what your plan is, just throwing in my two cents. I wish you all the best, congrats on your new precious baby!
