I have crossed my historical plateau of 98,1. I’m going to check my weight history but I’m not sure when last I got under that.definitely more than 5 years ago
215.4 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1669 kcal Fat: 123.07g | Prot: 110.53g | Carb: 27.56g.   Breakfast: Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Clover Feta Plain, Egg (Whole), Jess flax seed loaf. Lunch: Tomatoes, Clover Feta Plain, Cape Point Light Meat Shredded Tuna in Vegetable Oil, Egg (Whole). Dinner: Baby Zucchini , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Gem Squash, Food Lovers Hake Prime Cut Fillets. Snacks/Other: PnP Fresh Cream, Woolworths Frozen Blueberries. more...
