Went up this morning, second day in a row going up. No idea why. Kept on target, ate lots of protein changed my work out am doing my fasting. No idea. Logging it because it’s the truth but a bit annoyed. Need to keep pushing. Need to remember my words from 2 days ago.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s a minimal gain . If you have changed your exercise routine could it be muscle tone gain ? I think you are doing soooo well & you're looking amazing !

dont go on scale every day. set your self 1 day and weight your self every week.. then you can see results..

Yeah I’m also having a break from fasting this weekend as I’m going to Margate to see friends and eat and have fun. So Monday is brand new day for me, going to relax and enjoy this weekend and not worry. Thanks everyone.
