didn't exercise this week. bad. dr upped the water pill to 100 mg & that worked. 25 mg didn't do squat. also gave me another script for 50 mg topimax (from 25 mg). the topimax makes me tired the first couple of times i take it though. & i still wanted to eat last, night, but because i was bored. said i need to eat 1200 calories. so we'll try to stick to that. lost one pound of muscle mass (lost two and gained one back), lose 10 pounds of fat and 3 pounds of water. not too bad.
