original weight was from about 1 week ago (192). Today, after my first week of modified eating and exercising some, I'm down to 190.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
